Since 2015, I have been offering healing through The Art & Practice of Movement. This work is rooted in a deeply spiritual process—one that found me, rather than something I actively sought out. It began when a close friend, in the midst of a profound personal crisis, asked me to facilitate movement sessions for her. From that moment on, I have been in awe of what has unfolded through this body-spirit-movement healing practice.

I could never have anticipated the intuitive gifts that would emerge, or how they would integrate with the wisdom I’ve gained over more than 25 years of personal healing, movement research, spiritual practice, and somatic trauma therapy. Today, I find myself in a place of profound alignment: I am certified in Sufi Spiritual Healing and currently pursuing a Master of Divinity.

This journey has been the most powerful and beautiful of my life. Merging the ancient traditions of Sufi healing with my embodied approach to transformation has become the perfect expression of my life’s work.

Sufism is a universal spiritual path that moves through the heart center, deepening our connection to the Divine and uncovering our true Self.

I offer 60-minute Sufi Spiritual Healing sessions both online and in person, open to individuals of all spiritual or religious backgrounds. Each session is unique. Depending on your comfort level and the intuitive guidance I receive, movement practices may be incorporated as part of the healing process.
