The Art & Practice of Movement
This non-traditional movement session is designed for those seeking healing, transformation, and growth across the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual dimensions of the self. Through gentle, intuitive movement, the practice supports a reconnection to the embodied self—fostering ecological well-being, inner resilience, and the capacity to engage more fully in the work of creating a better world.
This practice is open to all levels of movement ability and interest. Karin offers gentle, varied guidance through eight movement patterns, exploring a spectrum of rhythms, tones, and spiritual insight. Within this framework, you may find greater spaciousness in your mind, opening in your heart, heightened body awareness, and a deeper connection to your own natural rhythms. You’ll cultivate new patterns of movement that support well-being and resilience, with the potential for improved mood and even relief from physical pain. As your inner spirit awakens into “rhythms of bodily becoming,”* your whole self may be surprised by the abundance of movement available to you—carrying you through life’s challenges and into the evolving art of your own life.
The Art & Practice of Movement is founded on the understanding that movement is life itself—essential to our evolution, our healing, our knowing, our loving, and to deepening our connection with ourselves, one another, and the world.
